Setting up your accounts: You need a writing number or producer ID from each carrier. That comes in a welcome email after your contracting is approved, along with instructions to set up your online account. Save every login somewhere you will actually find it again.
E-APPLICATION ACCESS & QUOTERS
5. Ethos
Do not register directly on the Ethos website. Within 1-2 weeks after your contracting packet is approved you will get a welcome email from Ethos with login instructions. Registering direct sets you up at a much lower commission level. If you have been contracted with Ethos before, talk to me about reparenting to Equis.

AGENT WEBSITE & E-APPQUOTER - FE SOLUTIONSTransamerica has two Final Expense products. FE Solutions uses the quoter above. FE Express quoter and e-app are both inside the agent website: look for the FE Express tile and the iGO e-App tile on the home page.
REPORTING YOUR APPLICATIONS
- Always report your e-apps to Equis as soon as you finish writing them.
- Never submit an application before sending the needs analysis worksheet to your manager.
- Never submit a paper application without your manager scrubbing it first. That one habit will save you a pile of unnecessary pending requirements.
